Welcome to our website. Our prayer is that you find it to be useful, helpful and of benefit to you as an individual as you look through its pages.
Our web site is a part of our church’s desire of wanting people everywhere to know about Jesus Christ and His amazing love for humanity. His church remains strong, and continues to witness to the great things that Jesus Christ has done, and still does in the lives of individuals.
If you live in the area and at present do not attend a church, we give to you, your family and friends an invitation to come to ours. We are a family, and as in all families we have newly born babies and all ages up to great grandparents, so if you are between these ages, or outside them, a warm and friendly welcome awaits.
Perhaps you may be planning to visit the area, or maybe moving home to live in the Castleford area, we have members in our congregation who have lived in the area all their lives and maybe they can be of some help to you. We would love to ‘make your acquaintance’.

Verse for reflection – January
From everlasting to everlasting you are God. Psalm 90 verse 2
We live in a world of uncertainties, the unknown future can be a worry to us in terms of relationships, employment, finances, health and other issues.
God represents stability – and how we long for some consistency in life. The Bible also records in Hebrews chapter 13 verse 8 - Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and for ever.
We can have assurance, calm, hope and peace by asking the Lord Jesus into our lives – genuinely finding Him and knowing Him brings a difference to daily living which is so wonderful.
We pray you have a great ‘New Year’ because God is at the centre of all you do
